Product Description
APOLLO Conveyor Belt Triple Idler Roller For BM2000/58 Milling Machine

Three matched rollers on one bracket frame, referenced to the BM2000/58 conveyor so the return strand of the belt runs level, tracks straight and stops eating its own edges.

Fits: BM2000/58 conveyor frame, return strand support position

Set Contents: 3 rollers on 1 mounting bracket

MOQ: 1 set | Price: USD 188 per set | Lead Time: 7-15 days

On a milling machine the conveyor is not the part anyone plans maintenance for, yet it is the part that stops the job. A single idler that seizes drags the belt sideways, the return strand starts to sag, and the first visible symptom is a frayed belt edge - by which point the belt itself is at risk, not just the roller.

Because the three rollers arrive as one bracket assembly, the worn set comes off and the new set goes on in a single lift. There is no pressing rollers out of a frame that has already lost its alignment, and no risk of fitting one new roller into a frame where the other two are already past their service limit.

Where The Load Actually Goes
  • Return strand support - carries the empty side of the belt, which is where sag first appears.
  • Tracking control - a level, square set holds the belt on the frame centre line instead of letting it walk.
  • Load spreading - three rollers share the belt weight instead of concentrating it on one contact point.
  • Belt life - removing sag and drift takes the abrasion off the belt edges, which is what actually fails first.
Construction Notes
  • Machined roller shells set at matched centres on a single bracket so all three sit in the same plane
  • Sealed bearing ends that keep grit and wash water out of the bearing - the usual starting point of a seizure
  • Bracket stiffness matched to the return strand load so the frame does not flex under belt tension
  • Shaft ends and mounting holes referenced to the BM2000/58 frame for a straight swap

Fault Pattern To Watch For
  • Belt needs constant correction to one side while running
  • Roller shells show flat spots, scoring or a bright polished wear ring
  • A roller turns stiffly by hand, or will not turn at all
  • Grease weeping or rust streaks at the bearing housing
  • Return strand sagging enough that belt edges start to fray

If two rollers on the frame are already suspect, replace the set. Fitting one new roller beside two worn ones loads its bearing unevenly and shortens the life of the part that was just paid for.

Fitting Sequence
  1. Shut the machine down and lock out the conveyor before slackening anything.
  2. Release belt tension and support the frame so it cannot drop when the bolts come out.
  3. Undo the mounting bolts evenly, in stages, so the bracket does not spring.
  4. Clean the mounting faces, seat the new set and torque in a cross pattern.
  5. Re-tension the belt, then run the conveyor empty for several minutes and confirm tracking before loading material.
Supply

Sets ship from stock at a minimum order of one set, packed in carton or on pallet, dispatched 7-15 days after payment and payable by L/C or T/T. Monthly capacity is 1000 pieces, enough to cover scheduled conveyor maintenance across a milling fleet.

Send the machine serial and a photograph of the existing conveyor frame and the parts team will confirm the layout before shipment.
