Bolt-on pipe support that holds bent tube elbows steady on road milling machine hydraulic and lubrication lines

• Fits W195, W205 and W215 machines — mounting hole spacing and saddle height follow the original routing layout.
• Curved saddle for the bend — supports the elbow shoulder rather than clamping the straight tube, so the pipe is not deformed.
• Vibration control — an anchored elbow cannot oscillate with the machine frame, which is what cracks fittings and loosens unions.

• Visible crack at the bend of the saddle, usually starting at a bolt hole
• Oil or grease film at the nearby union that keeps returning after tightening
• Tube can be moved by hand where it should be rigid
• Chafing marks on the tube where it has been rubbing the frame
• Bolt holes elongated, allowing the bracket to shift under load

If a weep at the joint has already started, replace the bracket and check the union at the same time — a supported elbow that has been running loose often needs a new sealing face.

1. Isolate the machine, release hydraulic pressure and lock out before working near the tube run.
2. Clean the mounting face and confirm the bracket saddle matches the tube bend radius.
3. Seat the bracket, fit bolts finger-tight, and check the tube sits in the saddle without being forced.
4. Torque the bolts to specification, then run the machine briefly and inspect the joint for weeping.
