A new batch of the Apollo RM80788086 left console control panel is now in stock for 7820, 8820 and EPM2 asphalt pavers. This is the operator-side safety console that carries the travel, screed and conveyor controls used every shift, and it is supplied as a 100% new unit from Japan under ISO 9001 production. When buttons become sluggish, the emergency stop circuit turns unreliable or a switch fails to register, the panel is replaced as a unit so the machine returns to safe, predictable operation without patching individual components.
The images below show the left console control panel as supplied: the moulded housing, the switch layout and the connector side that mates with the original harness.
The left console is where the operator's hand rests for most of the shift. Its switches command travel, auger and conveyor movement, and its safety functions must respond instantly every time. A panel that has been contaminated, weather-damaged or worn past its service life introduces two kinds of risk: inconsistent machine response during a paving pass, and a delayed reaction when the operator needs to stop quickly. Because the panel is a single assembly, replacing it whole is the quickest way to remove that risk rather than chasing individual switch failures across a long shift.
