Weatherproof connector that keeps screed control signals intact through rain shifts, dust and hot-mix conditions
Built for the screed, not for the shelf. This socket plug sits on the wire harness distributor on both sides of the ABG paver screed, where heat, vibration, bitumen mist and wash-down water meet at the same connector. The housing seals the 6-pin contact block, the locking tab holds the joint under vibration, and the contact set is sized for the current the screed heating and sensor circuits actually draw.

If the fault follows the harness movement, the plug is the first item to swap. Start there before replacing modules upstream.
Isolate the machine and disconnect the battery before opening the distributor cover. Release the locking tab, withdraw the plug by the body rather than by the cable, and check the contact block for bitumen or corrosion. Seat the replacement until the tab clicks, confirm the sealing ring sits flush, then run the screed heat cycle and a sensor readout test before returning to the job.
Single pieces and fleet quantities are both supplied, with dispatch 1–2 weeks after payment, packing in a carton with anti-static bag and foam insert, and payment by L/C, T/T or Western Union. Send your screed model and the number moulded on the old plug and our parts team will confirm the fit before shipment.
