Replacement part for RM56258114 / 12785575 / 56258114 — built for fast on-site swap and stable signal throughput
Who this card is for: contractors and parts buyers keeping asphalt pavers, feeders and screed control circuits running through a tight paving season. When the operator panel stops responding, the screed heat cycles unevenly or the machine throws intermittent control errors, the IO card is usually the first component in the diagnostic chain — and the fastest one to swap.

The card sits in the paver's main electrical cabinet and works as the hand-off point between field sensors, the control modules and the operator panel. Signals from the screed, feeder and travel circuits arrive at the board, are conditioned, and are passed on as clean commands. Keeping that chain intact is what protects paving tolerance and daily output.

If two or more of these appear together, inspect the cabinet connectors first, then confirm the IO card before ordering deeper electronic parts.
Switch off the machine and isolate the battery before opening the cabinet. Photograph the connector layout, release the locking tabs, and seat the replacement board fully until the tabs click. Confirm grounding, close the cabinet and run a short function test on screed heat, feed and travel before returning to the job site.
Stock is held for single-piece orders as well as fleet replenishment, with dispatch in 7–10 days and packaging in an anti-static bag inside shock-proof foam and an export carton. Paver configurations vary across build years, so send your machine model and the number stamped on the old board and our parts team will confirm the match before shipment.
