We have added the Apollo 2411111 poly track pad to our range of undercarriage wear parts for road milling machines. The pad is a 260mm wide polyurethane track shoe for W1900 and W195 machines, bonded to a steel core and bolted directly to the crawler chain without adapters.
Track pads on a milling machine work in a narrow window. They have to grip a freshly cut asphalt or concrete surface, absorb the shock of a loaded drum, and survive heat, tack coat and constant abrasion. The 2411111 pad is built for that combination rather than for general earthmoving duty.
Plain rubber pads tend to round off at the edges when they run on sharp milled aggregate, and the track pitch changes as the pad height drops. Polyurethane keeps its shape better under the same point load, and it resists the heat that builds up around the drum. In practice that means the pad keeps a consistent 260mm footprint through the shift, so track tension and machine stability stay predictable for the operator.

Four signs usually mean the pads are due. The pad height drops visibly against a new pad, which changes track pitch and loads the chain pins unevenly. The tread pattern wears flat, so the machine slips on slopes or wet base. Cracks appear at the bond line between polyurethane and steel, which is the point where a pad can separate on site. Or the pads stop holding bolt torque and need re-tightening every shift. Replacing at the first sign is far cheaper than replacing chain, rollers and drive sprockets later.
Minimum order quantity is 1 piece, with reference pricing from USD 20 to 23.5 per piece depending on quantity. Pads are packed in cartons and boxes on pallets for container loading, and neutral packing is available for distributors. Stock is normally shipped in 7 to 10 working days. Orders can be consolidated with milling picks, paver track pads and other Apollo wear parts to reduce freight cost.
If a W1900 or W195 in your fleet is due for an undercarriage refresh, send us the machine serial number, the number of pads required and your destination port. Our parts team will confirm the 2411111 fitment, prepare a quotation and propose a shipping plan that matches your maintenance window. Sample pads can be arranged for trial before a bulk order.
