APOLLO BM2000/58 Triple Idler Roller 90117 / 190358 Now Available as a Direct Conveyor Replacement Set

The APOLLO conveyor belt triple idler roller, referenced to part numbers 90117 and 190358, is now offered as a stocked replacement set for road milling machines built on the BM2000/58 conveyor frame. The set is aimed squarely at maintenance crews who need to get a milling machine back on the cut without waiting on a long-lead factory order.

Milling contractors rarely retire a machine because the conveyor frame has failed. They park it because a single seized roller has started dragging the belt off centre, and by the time the belt edge is fraying the whole return strand has to come apart anyway. Supplying the three rollers as one matched frame shortens that job from a multi-day press-out and reassembly to one straight swap.

Fitment comes first. The bracket spacing, roller centres and shaft ends are referenced to the BM2000/58 conveyor frame, so the new set lines up with the existing mounting holes and holds the belt on the same centre line the machine ran on before the old rollers wore out. Crews should still confirm the frame layout against their machine documentation before ordering, because conveyor configurations on the same base model do vary by build year.

The rollers are engineered as a serviceable part rather than a cosmetic one: machined shells, sealed bearing ends that keep grit and wash water out of the bearing cavity, and a bracket stiff enough to carry the return strand without flexing under load.

1. Isolate the machine and lock out the conveyor before any work starts.
2. Slacken the belt tension and support the frame so it cannot drop when the bolts release.
3. Remove the mounting bolts evenly to stop the bracket springing out of shape.
4. Clean the mounting faces, seat the new set, and torque the bolts in a cross pattern.
5. Re-tension the belt, then run the conveyor empty for several minutes to confirm tracking before loading material.
