A new service-part listing is open for the 2390756 rubber track pad, the steel reinforced track shoe used on S700 and S800 asphalt pavers. The pad is stocked for single-piece orders at 27 USD per piece, with a 7-10 day lead time and monthly supply capacity of 10,000 pieces.
The design pairs a rubber block with a steel reinforcement insert. The rubber carries the machine's weight against the ground while the steel plate holds the bolt pattern and chain link rigid, so the pad keeps its footprint under load and heat instead of distorting and working loose.
A paver crawls at very low travel speed with high torque on every shoe, often directly on freshly laid asphalt. That makes the track pad a quality component, not just a wear item. Once the rubber wears through, three things happen at once:
| Item | Specification |

Pads should be replaced when the rubber reaches the steel insert, when the block starts chunking at the edges, or when bolt holes have elongated and bolts need repeated re-torquing. Visible scuff marks on fresh asphalt behind the paver are the clearest sign that the steel is already contacting the mat.
Renewing the full track in sets is the more economic route. A mixed set of worn and new pads leaves the highest shoes carrying extra load, which accelerates the next round of wear and shortens the interval before the next replacement.
The 2390756 pad is available now through our paver spare parts line, alongside track chains, drive components and wear items. Send the part number, the number of pads required per machine and the destination port, and we will confirm stock, freight cost and shipment date the same working day.
