The elbow support bracket, part number 2053061, is now held in stock for W195, W205 and W215 road milling machines. It is a small part with a disproportionate effect on reliability: it is the component that keeps bent hydraulic and lubrication tubes from oscillating with the machine frame.
A straight tube run resists pressure pulses well. A bend does not. Every pulse pushes against the elbow shoulder, and if the bracket that anchors the bend is missing or cracked, that force goes into the fitting threads instead of the frame. The sequence that follows is familiar to maintenance teams: a weep at the union, a re-tighten, another weep, and eventually a tube that has chafed against the frame hard enough to need replacement.
The bracket is the cheapest part in that chain, which is why replacing it early is the sensible maintenance decision rather than waiting for the joint to fail.
| Part name | Elbow Support Bracket |

| Applicable models | W195 / W205 / W215 |
| Application | Road milling machine |
| Function | Supports and fixes bent pipe elbows |
| Installation | Bolt-on, no welding |
| Minimum order | 1 pc |

Two or more of these together usually means the bracket is already doing nothing and the joint is taking the load.
Isolate the machine, release hydraulic pressure and lock out before working near the tube run. Clean the mounting face, confirm the saddle matches the bend radius, seat the bracket with bolts finger-tight, and check that the tube sits in the saddle without being forced. Torque to specification, then run the machine briefly and inspect the joint for weeping before returning to work.
Brackets ship from stock with a minimum order of one piece, packed in a box or carton, dispatched 5–10 days after payment and payable by T/T or L/C. Buyers are asked to send the machine model and a photo of the tube routing where the bracket fits so the match can be confirmed before shipment.
